The Soothing Reflections of Arareko
Hello, gamers!
We’re excited to bring you a brand new music track from Mulaka! You can now listen to the Lake of Arareko level theme on Soundcloud and YouTube. This is a nighttime level with a soothing yet eerie feel to it. The Lake of Arareko is a landmark of the Sierra Tarahumara region and it’s surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, giving it a fairy tale look.
We will be showing the game and demoing it at various different events very soon. You can look at the full list here, but below is a list of the ones coming sooner:
- Creel, Chihuahua, Mexico – Encuentro de Juventudes, August 12th
- Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico – Gamacón, August 18th-20th

What does the name mulaka mean?

Mulaka means white corn and is a Tarahumara word that we chose for its simplicity and good sound.
